What we deliver
Plain English, no marketing language. This page explains exactly what a BoostPals order is, what it is not, and what you can expect once you have paid. If anything here contradicts something you read elsewhere on this site, this page is correct and we want to know about the other page.
What you are buying
You are buying an increase in a public number on your profile or post: followers, likes, views, subscribers, shares or comments, depending on the package. The engagement is delivered to your public profile or post link through our supplier network.
What you are not buying
This is the part most services in our industry will not put in writing, so we will.
- You are not buying endorsements from real people. The accounts behind a delivery are not customers who chose your brand, and nothing we deliver should be described to anyone as genuine customer approval.
- You are not buying guaranteed growth. Social proof can make new visitors more likely to follow or watch, and many customers see that knock-on effect. We cannot promise it, and we will not.
- You are not buying reach, sales or brand deals. Those depend on your content. A number is a starting point, not a result.
- You are not buying immunity from the platforms. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch all run periodic sweeps that remove engagement they consider artificial. That is why we offer a refill, below.
How delivery works
- We only ever need your public profile or post link. We never ask for your password and we cannot post as you.
- Orders start processing within 24 hours of payment clearing.
- Delivery is gradual rather than a single spike, because a sudden jump is the pattern platform systems flag.
- Larger packages take longer to complete. The package page gives the expected window.
If the count drops
Counts can decline over time, particularly after a platform sweep. Every package carries a 12-month refill guarantee: if the delivered amount drops inside 12 months of your order, we top it back up free. The full terms, including how to claim, are on our Refill Policy page.
If you want a refund
Every package carries a money-back guarantee. The conditions and the claim window are set out in our Refund Policy.
Payment
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards and cryptocurrency, handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Platform terms
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch all restrict artificial engagement in their terms of service. Buying engagement may put you in breach of those terms, and that risk is yours to weigh. We reduce what we can control (no password, gradual delivery, a refill when counts drop) but we cannot remove it, and any provider telling you otherwise is not being straight with you.
