Refill Policy

Every BoostPals package includes a 12-month refill guarantee. This page defines exactly what that covers, how to claim, and how fast we respond.

What is covered

If the amount we delivered declines below the delivered figure within 12 months of your order date, we top it back up free of charge. This applies to every package on every platform, at every tier, with no separate purchase required.

What counts as a drop

A drop is any decline below the count recorded at the point your order completed. The most common cause is a platform sweep removing engagement it considers artificial. You do not need to prove the cause; you only need to show the count is lower than what was delivered.

What is not covered

• Decline below the level your account was at before the order. We restore our delivery, not your baseline.
• Losses caused by you deleting the post, archiving it, or switching the account to private.
• Account suspension or termination by the platform.
• Orders placed more than 12 months ago.

How to claim

• Email support@boostpals.com from the address you ordered with.
• Include your order number and the profile or post link.
• Tell us roughly what the count is now. A screenshot helps but is not required.

How fast we respond

We reply within 48 hours. Once a claim is approved, the refill is queued the same way a new order is and follows the same gradual delivery pace.

How many times you can claim

As many times as you need inside the 12 months. There is no cap on the number of refill claims per order.
