Eligible Refund Requests

- Cancellation of recurring payment within 7 days of the last payment: If you wish to cancel and are within 7 days of the last payment, a refund is possible. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for a refund, but we will complete the cancellation for all future billings. You can continue to enjoy the service until the end of your billing cycle or immediately halt the product/service.
